Lauritsen has been singing with Dulces Voces since 1994. In
1998 she graduated from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln
with a Bachelor in Vocal and Instrumental Music Education.
While at the University, Kim performed several roles for the
UNL opera department including Miss Todd in Menotti's The
Old Maid and the Thief, Ma Moss in Copland's The Tender
Land, Zerlina in Mozart's Don Giovanni, and Lauretta
in Puccini's Gianni Schicchi. Kim is currently the
Strings Specialist for the Fremont Public Schools. She is
currently studying voice with Lucinda Sloan, and is also a
member of the Fremont Community Handbell Ensemble.
